What your purchase allows

A completed purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive license to copy, modify, and use the purchased VibeKit Next.js edition for unlimited personal, company, commercial, and client applications. One purchase covers the purchaser and its employees and contractors working on those applications. You may remove VibeKit branding. You own your original additions; this license does not transfer ownership of VibeKit's original code, trademarks, or third-party work.

You may give a client the source of a completed application, or sell that application as a business. The recipient may operate, maintain, and modify that application and engage developers for that purpose. This permission does not let the recipient extract or distribute VibeKit as a reusable starter or use your purchase to build unrelated applications. A client wanting its own reusable VibeKit license must purchase one.

You may give an AI coding assistant access as needed to build or maintain a permitted application, subject to its data-handling terms. Do not publish the source as a dataset, deliberately submit it for general model training, or use an AI tool to evade these restrictions.

What is prohibited

Do not intentionally upload VibeKit source to a public repository, share download accounts or credentials, or give the reusable source to people outside permitted project work. Do not publish, sell, sublicense, or redistribute VibeKit or a substantially similar derivative as a starter kit, template, boilerplate, component library, or source bundle. These restrictions apply to free and paid distribution, including repackaging through an AI service. Keep permitted collaborators' access private and tell them about these restrictions.

Duration, updates, and support

Use of a lawfully downloaded version is perpetual unless this license is terminated. Your purchase includes access to every update Seth Rose publishes for the purchased Next.js edition while that edition is distributed. It does not promise a release schedule, perpetual hosting, a future feature, a different framework edition, or an ongoing service. Keep a private backup of your downloads.

Support covers questions and reproducible problems with VibeKit itself through [email protected]. It does not include custom development, operating your application, deployment work, or a guaranteed response time. Separate services require a separate agreement.

Refunds, suspension, and termination

You may request a refund within fourteen days after payment by contacting [email protected] with your receipt. A full refund ends the license and future download access; stop using and delete the refunded source and copies under your control. Mandatory consumer rights remain unchanged.

Download access may be suspended while a payment dispute or suspected material violation is reviewed. A matching package identifier is an investigative lead, not conclusive proof of who shared a copy. A lost payment dispute, fraud, or a confirmed material breach may terminate this license by notice. Where a breach can be fixed, the notice will describe it and allow fourteen days to fix it before termination, unless immediate action is needed to stop ongoing unauthorized distribution. On termination, stop using and distributing the licensed source and remove copies under your control. Contact support if you believe a suspension or termination is mistaken.

Third-party software and limits

Third-party code, fonts, icons, and other assets retain their own licenses and notices. Those licenses govern the third-party portions, including any rights they grant independently. Do not remove required notices. No rights are granted to third-party assets beyond the rights their owners provide.

VibeKit is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent allowed by law. To that extent, Seth Rose is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and total liability arising from this purchase is limited to the amount you paid. These limits do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
